Ron Crosby brings over 12 years of construction experience to his role at Charter Construction. As a skilled craftsman and carpenter, experienced in all phases of construction, he is extremely competent in challenging technical situations and solutions. Joining the Charter team as a foreman, he assisted in managing project development; developed long term relationships with carpenters, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers; offers excellent customer service and professionalism to homeowners; and has earned his current title of superintendent.

Projects
- Bechtoldt Townhomes – Full strip and reclad of this 9 building, 55-unit townhome complex plagued with significant dry rot due to water intrusion. The front porches on every unit were rebuilt in order to access damage to structural members on the main building. Additional repairs included the replacement of all downspouts, installation of new coping at rooftop parapet locations and roof to wall flashings.
- Chinook Way Apartments – Complete restoration of this water-damaged 120-unit apartment complex including the installation of a rainscreen waterproofing system, replacement of all siding, windows, and flashings on all buildings.
- Promenade at Bethany Village – This 102-unit condominium complex required the removal of adjacent siding, deck doors, concrete topping slabs and damaged framing. New deck waterproofing system with new concrete slabs and a rainscreen system were installed.
- Devonshire Townhomes –All 30 units required Charter’s specialized defects repair team to replace and incorporate new waterproofing details including extensive rot repair and a complete redesign of the existing cedar siding, decks and entryway columns.
