ZOKA COFFEE – UNIVERSITY ADDITION

Charter Construction completed an extensive addition to this popular University Village neighborhood coffeehouse while the shop remained open and fully functioning. The 1,200 SF addition included extensive finish carpentry work that matched the materials in the existing facility.

Charter started construction well before the design was complete, requiring a close working relationship with the designers. Charter also coordinated a number of complex code issues with city representatives and still finished the addition within the owner’s original schedule.
