Other Awards
In January of 1997, Frank Firmani was selected as the AGC Contractor Member of the Year for outstanding service to the industry. Firmani was cited for his work as the chair of the Property Committee, co-chair of Celebrate Construction Week and his leadership in the search for a new executive vice president.

In 1998, Charter was given the award for Safety Excellence for the Most Improved General Contractor by the AGC of Washington. This award recognizes the commitment to continual improvement that Charter has shown in its quest to be the safest contractor possible.
